Over-the-Counter (OTC) or Retail Outlet (RO) is a payment method that provides convenience for your customers to make payments through popular retail stores nearest to them. This payment method is important to have as there are still many customers who do not have a bank account and prefer to make payments with cash.

With OTC, you will receive notifications when your customers have made a payment without having to manually check.

To be able to receive payments with OTC, you can do so in two ways:

• Use the OTC API (opens new window), which is a direct integration between your application and the Purwantara API end-point service.
• Use the ready-to-use Payment Link, which can be used with the OTC payment method.
