Service Fees

As per Purwantara's standard procedure, transaction fees will be charged to the merchant who is undertaking the cooperation process to use the Purwantara service.

If you want to charge the transaction fees to the customer, follow these steps:

1. Click on Payment Channels (opens new window)
2. Choose the MDR Setting tab
3. Select Customer
